Our warranty promise
Every Heirpearl piece comes with a 5-year warranty from the date of purchase. If something goes wrong within that window, we will repair or replace your piece — no questions asked, no fees charged.
This warranty reflects our commitment to the quality of our materials and our craft. It is not a marketing statement. It is a guarantee.
What's covered
- Tarnishing or discolouration of plating under normal wear conditions (includes gold, silver and rose gold finishes).
- Manufacturing defects — structural faults, clasps that fail, settings that loosen without physical impact.
- Engraving fading or loss of definition — our laser engraving is permanent, but if it fades, we re-engrave or replace.
- Chain breakage under normal use — if a chain breaks without extreme force or accident, we replace it.
What's not covered
- Accidental damage — drops, impacts, or bending from external force.
- Damage from chemical exposure — prolonged contact with chlorine, bleach, acid-based cleaners, or abrasive polishing products.
- Loss — we cannot replace lost pieces under warranty.
- Normal wear on very fine chains under heavy daily wear — all chains have a natural lifecycle.

How to make a warranty claim
We keep this as simple as possible :
- Email us at contact@heirpearl.com with the subject line Warranty claim — [your order number].
- Attach a photo that clearly shows the issue.
- We'll respond within 1–2 business days with a solution — repair, replacement, or re-engraving depending on the situation.
- We arrange reshipping at no cost to you.
You don't need to return the piece first. Just the photo and your order details.
