How long does it take?
Step 1 · Production
Your piece is engraved, finished, polished and inspected by hand. For complex pieces (custom handwriting, paw prints, photo lockets), our team sends you a digital preview for approval within 24 hours of ordering.
Step 2 · Worldwide tracked shipping
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email. Standard orders arrive within 10–14 business days total from order. Express shipping — available at checkout — brings that window down significantly.
Step 3 · Delivery
Your piece arrives in a giftable presentation case, ready to be worn — or offered.

Customs, duties & taxes
Pricing at checkout does not include local import duties or VAT for international destinations. For most countries this is not an issue — our parcels are small and frequently pass through without charge. For some countries (notably the EU, UK, Australia, New Zealand) local taxes may apply on delivery.
Local charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare each order honestly on the customs form and never mark items as 'gift' to avoid duties.
Common shipping questions
My tracking hasn't moved for a few days — what should I do?
International tracking can pause for 2–5 days during customs clearance — this is normal. If your parcel hasn't moved for more than 7 business days, email us with your order number and we'll investigate.
Can I change the delivery address after ordering?
Yes, if you reach us before dispatch (usually within 24–48 hours of ordering). Email contact@heirpearl.com with your order number and new address.
What if my parcel is lost in transit?
All our shipments are tracked and insured. If a parcel is officially declared lost by the carrier, we reship at no cost to you.
